All fees are fully inclusive of postage costs where applicable. Hard copies of reports are dispatched by courier (If delivery to outside of the UK) or first class post (if delivering within the UK) within one week of receiving payment. Access to electronic versions of reports is enabled within 72 hours of the order being placed.
Licenses are for one person only unless indicated otherwise. Multi user licenses are available, please email for details.
Electronic versions of reports are non refundable. We recommend you view samples pages first where available. Printed copies of reports are refundable within seven days of receiving the report provided they are returned in pristine condition. A 25% restocking and administration fee will be charged in these circumstances. Only one promotional code may be used per purchase.
Events & Conferences:
Hotel and travel costs are not included in the conference fees. Substitutions may be allowed at any time, but please let us know. Cancellations must be made in writing to 28 days before the event with a 15% cancellation fee. Unfortunately after that date the full registration fee applies. IDTechEx reserves the right to alter the location or content of the event. Only one promotional code may be used per purchase.
